someone named spartan is ented today and lamed us cloud can't freeze or jail him cuz he's low level please at least an admin come and freeze him!!!! help

i don't know he hadn"t the nox tag 
he has name spartan colored black and red he talked to cloud he said you can freeze or smth like that but cloud was low lvl that's why we had to run away xD!

He's in FG Silver.And i agree cuz spartan, always when i left the server, started to lame them.I think galaxy told me too.
